Program Terms & Conditions
Clinical Edge Cellular Medicine
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the ClearCell™ Restoration System (“ClearCell” or the “Program”), offered by Clinical Edge Cellular Medicine (“Clinical Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a ClearCell assessment, enrolling in the Program, accessing Program materials, or participating in Program services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms & Conditions.
Where an affirmative agreement is required, acceptance will be obtained through the applicable enrollment or checkout process.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, applicable patient consent forms, financial agreements, and Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. About the ClearCell™ Program
ClearCell™ is a structured, root-cause-oriented health and wellness program designed to help participants better understand factors that may influence cellular health, metabolic function, environmental exposures, nutritional status, and overall well-being.
Depending on the specific services purchased and the participant's individual needs, ClearCell may incorporate educational resources, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional guidance, health assessments, and access to individualized clinical evaluation.
The Program emphasizes systems biology and considers the relationships among lifestyle, nutrition, environmental factors, and physiological function.
Participation does not guarantee a specific health outcome.
3. Initial ClearCell™ Assessment
The initial ClearCell™ assessment is offered at the price displayed during checkout, currently $67.
The assessment consists of a scheduled, one-hour personalized consultation with a Clinical Edge healthcare professional to review health concerns and determine whether additional services may be appropriate.
Purchasing an assessment does not automatically enroll the participant in the comprehensive 12-week ClearCell™ Restoration System or include laboratory testing, supplements, prescriptions, or ongoing clinical visits unless expressly stated in the offer.
Any additional services and their costs will be explained before purchase.
4. Program Enrollment and Services
Following an initial assessment, eligible participants may be offered additional ClearCell™ services or enrollment in the comprehensive 12-week restoration program.
The specific services, duration, consultation schedule, educational materials, testing, supplements, and other benefits included in a paid program will be identified in the applicable written enrollment agreement or purchase description.
Services not expressly included in the purchased package may require additional payment.
Clinical Edge reserves the right to recommend a different level of care or decline enrollment when the Program is not clinically appropriate or services cannot lawfully be provided.
5. Medical Care and Professional Judgment
Clinical Edge Cellular Medicine is a healthcare practice. Certain ClearCell™ services may involve individualized clinical evaluation or treatment by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
General website content, educational materials, questionnaires, and preliminary assessments do not independently establish a clinician-patient relationship.
A clinical relationship is established through the applicable professional intake, acceptance, and consent process.
Clinical decisions, including whether to order testing, recommend treatment, prescribe medication, or make referrals, remain subject to professional judgment, applicable licensing requirements, and the participant's medical circumstances.
No Program purchase guarantees that a particular test, prescription, therapy, or intervention will be provided.
6. Educational Information and Medical Disclaimers
ClearCell™ educational content is intended to support informed health decisions and does not replace individualized medical advice.
Participants should not independently discontinue prescribed medications, delay recommended medical care, or begin potentially risky therapies solely because of information provided through the Program.
Nutritional products, supplements, dietary interventions, and other wellness strategies may have risks, contraindications, side effects, or interactions with medications.
Not all approaches discussed within functional or integrative medicine have the same level of scientific evidence. Some may be investigational or supported by preliminary research.
Recommendations will be considered in the context of the participant's individual circumstances when clinical services are provided.
For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual's health history, physiology, environmental circumstances, adherence, and response to interventions differ.
Clinical Edge does not guarantee that ClearCell™ will:
Eliminate toxins or environmental exposures.
Cure or reverse any medical condition.
Produce a specific laboratory result.
Resolve particular symptoms.
Reduce or eliminate the need for medication.
Produce results within a specific period.
Testimonials, participant experiences, and case examples describe individual outcomes and do not guarantee or predict the results of other participants.
8. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information about their health history, medications, allergies, supplements, and relevant medical conditions when requested for clinical purposes.
Participants are responsible for communicating new symptoms, adverse reactions, medication changes, and other information relevant to their care.
Participants should follow individualized medical instructions, attend scheduled appointments, and communicate promptly if they are unable to continue an intervention.
Participation in the Program is voluntary. A participant may decline a recommended service or treatment, subject to applicable clinical and financial agreements.
9. Fees, Payments, and Additional Expenses
Prices for assessments, consultations, program packages, and other services will be disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Unless expressly included in the purchased package, additional costs may apply for laboratory testing, diagnostic services, supplements, medications, medical devices, third-party products, or specialist consultations.
Payment arrangements, installment schedules, and any recurring charges must be disclosed and accepted separately before those charges are incurred.
No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created solely by accepting these Terms.
Clinical Edge operates on a cash-pay basis for applicable services. Participants are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any reimbursement limitations.
10. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
10.1 Initial Assessment Fee
The ClearCell™ Initial Assessment costs $67 and is payable at the time of booking.
This fee covers the scheduled initial assessment only. It does not automatically include comprehensive program enrollment, laboratory testing, supplements, prescriptions, or additional clinical services.
10.2 Cancellation With at Least 24 Hours' Notice
Participants who cancel their scheduled assessment at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund of the $67 assessment fee.
10.3 Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule their assessment once without an additional charge when they provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Further rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually.
10.4 Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled assessment, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the $67 assessment fee.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
10.5 Completed Assessments
Once the initial assessment has been completed, the $67 assessment fee is nonrefundable.
10.6 Cancellation by Clinical Edge Cellular Medicine
If Clinical Edge Cellular Medicine cancels an appointment, participants may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the assessment fee.
10.7 Comprehensive ClearCell™ Programs
Enrollment in any additional ClearCell™ treatment or restoration program is separate from the $67 Initial Assessment.
Additional program fees, payment arrangements, included services, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be disclosed in a separate enrollment and financial agreement before purchase.
10.8 Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits refund rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Appointment Changes and Missed Visits
Participants should notify the practice as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
The initial assessment is governed by the 24-hour cancellation and refund policy in Section 10.
Any late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee for other clinical services must be disclosed in the applicable scheduling or financial agreement.
Clinical Edge may reschedule an appointment when required by clinician availability, technical problems, illness, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. Laboratory Testing, Supplements, and Third-Party Services
ClearCell™ may involve recommendations for laboratory testing, supplements, educational resources, or services offered by independent third parties.
Third-party providers may establish their own pricing, fulfillment, shipping, cancellation, and return policies.
Clinical Edge does not guarantee the availability, performance, or suitability of any particular third-party product or service.
Any financial relationship, referral compensation, or other material connection relevant to a recommendation will be disclosed as required by law.
13. Telehealth and Geographic Limitations
ClearCell™ services may be delivered through telehealth when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Clinical services are subject to the professional licensure requirements and telehealth laws applicable to the participant's location at the time of service.
Participation in educational portions of the Program does not guarantee eligibility for clinical services in every state or jurisdiction.
Participants may be asked to verify their identity and physical location before telehealth appointments.
14. Privacy and Confidentiality
Clinical Edge respects participant privacy.
Website information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Protected health information associated with clinical care is handled under applicable healthcare privacy laws and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Participants should use approved secure channels when transmitting sensitive health information.
Ordinary email and SMS may not provide the same confidentiality protections as designated secure clinical communication systems.
15. Communications
Participants may receive appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, administrative messages, and other communications related to services they request, subject to applicable law and communication preferences.
Promotional emails or text messages are separate from necessary care-related communications and will be sent only with the consent required by law.
Consent to promotional text messaging is not required to purchase ClearCell™ or receive clinical care.
Text-message recipients may reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. Message and data rates may apply.
16. Program Materials and Intellectual Property
The ClearCell™ name, Program structure, written materials, videos, worksheets, educational content, and other proprietary resources are owned by Clinical Edge or used with permission from their respective owners.
Participants receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use materials provided as part of their purchased services.
Program materials may not be reproduced, resold, publicly distributed, or used to create competing commercial programs without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Participants retain their rights in their own medical information and personal records.
17. Program Modifications and Discontinuation
Clinical Edge may update educational content, technology platforms, scheduling procedures, or Program offerings to reflect changes in scientific knowledge, clinical standards, operational requirements, or applicable law.
Material changes to services already purchased will be addressed in accordance with the participant's enrollment agreement and applicable law.
Clinical Edge may discontinue a service or recommend alternative care when continued participation is inappropriate or unavailable.
Any discontinuation of established clinical care will be handled in accordance with applicable professional obligations.
18. Website and Technology Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our website and digital resources.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or third-party service disruptions.
Clinical Edge cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every online feature.
These website-related limitations do not eliminate any obligations imposed by applicable healthcare or consumer protection laws.
19. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including relevant New Jersey law and mandatory consumer and healthcare protections.
Participants are encouraged to contact Clinical Edge promptly with questions or concerns so that issues can be reviewed and, when possible, resolved directly.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights relating to professional negligence, patient safety, or protected health information.
20. Changes to These Terms
Clinical Edge may revise these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter material payment or service obligations for completed purchases without an appropriate legal basis or the participant's agreement where required.
